The Secure Portal ("") is a moderation management system for Roblox group moderators. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our service.

When you log in through Roblox OAuth, we collect and store:

• Your Roblox user ID (sub)
• Your Roblox username
• Your display name
• Your group rank and role
• Session tokens from Roblox OAuth

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Authenticate you and verify your moderator status
• Maintain your secure session within the Portal
• Display your profile information on the dashboard
• Ensure proper access control based on group rank

4. Data Storage

Your session information is stored securely in HTTP-only cookies with encryption. Session tokens expire automatically when your Roblox OAuth token expires. We do not persistently store your authentication data in databases.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices including HMAC-SHA256 signing for session integrity and HTTPS for all communication. Access to the Portal requires successful Roblox authentication and verification of group membership.

6. Third-Party Services

We integrate with Roblox OAuth and Roblox Group APIs. Please refer to Roblox Privacy Policy for information about their data practices.

7. Session Expiration

Sessions automatically expire based on your Roblox OAuth token lifetime. You can manually log out at any time, which immediately clears your session.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
