1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Secure Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Portal.

2. Eligibility

The Portal is intended for Roblox group moderators only. You must be a verified member of the authorized Roblox group with the required rank to access the Portal. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.

3. User Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your Roblox account
  • Not sharing your login credentials with others
  • Logging out when using shared computers
  • Reporting unauthorized access immediately

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to bypass authentication or access controls
  • Share or resell access to the Portal
  • Use the Portal for any illegal purposes
  • Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the Portal
  • Use automated tools to access the Portal without authorization

5. Session Security

Sessions are secure, HTTP-only, and automatically expire. Do not attempt to manipulate, forge, or steal session tokens. Violations may result in immediate access revocation and legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and functionality of the Portal are owned by the Portal administrators. You grant no rights to copy, modify, or distribute Portal content without explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Portal is provided without warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Portal.

8. Access Termination

Portal administrators reserve the right to terminate access at any time for:

  • Loss of required group rank
  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Unauthorized access attempts
  • Administrative or security decisions

9. Roblox Terms

Your use of the Portal is also governed by Roblox Terms of Use. Any violations of Roblox Terms may result in Portal access revocation.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Portal signifies your acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved according to the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Portal operators are located.
